|Hi everyone , this is purely for motivational purposes I’m not selling anything I just want to motivate other people like me who want to lose some weight.
I have three children and my youngest is 8 months old and in the last 6 months I have lost 4 and half stone just from counting calories , walking and weight training that’s it !!.
I know what it’s like constantly joining slimming groups and not getting any where I’ve done them all .
I honestly feel the best I’ve ever felt now and I don’t feel like I’m on a diet at all.
