Hi guys… during the week i drink about 5litres of water a day adictively so, Is this a threat or wat?
5 litres per day is too much..remember too much of everything is dangerous
Maximum of 2 litres a day is enough.Too much water drains essential nutrients in the body.
Rule of thumb dictates that we should be drinking on average 1 litre of water per 20kg bodyweight. IE: if you weighed 60kg, you would need 3 litres water a day for optimum results.
