Hi guys how do i stop obessity i eat too much gained a lot of weight how do i stop and which simple excersises can i start pls help
Planks and squats are very good to start. Maybe also try a light jog first thing in the morning too. You will feel and see results fast.
Dont eat foods that can bloat you. Cut out starch and carbs. Eat more fresh fruit and veg with grilled chicken breast or fish.
U need to invest your time on something so u won’t think too much about food drink water b4 each meal
