Maybe you should try a different method , rather than fasting start counting calories and create a daily deficit instead. Plenty of great apps to track your calories like my fitness pal and information about calorie deficits on Google. I started all by myself doing Google research and after creating a strict and steady deficit lost 16kg since Jan 1st.
Fasting is not a short term fix. The major changes come from fasting in the longer term. It’s natural to stall and plateau at times but the benefits come from working past those. Change things up a little by going lower in your calories again for a couple of days or fasting a little longer.
