Hi guys it's been a month since I've started exercise the problem is I can see the difference in my stomach bt my thighs are still big I don't know whether it's muscles gaining or wat cz I'd do squats regularly plzz help

It seems you are in hurry to get instant result,one month your body is still acclimatising to your exercising mode.
Be patient exercising should be a marathon not a sprint.. It should be your life style if you view it like that results will start to yield.
About your stomach you should try stomach crunches, and a proper diet and use your preferred fat burner’s maybe your (phedracut lipo Xt) don’t eat starchy food after 1pm.
As for your thighs you must hit the treadmill, if you don’t skipping rope will do do it at high intestity interval, while it burns the fats in your thighs it hit your whole abdomen belly fats decreases .
Drink plenty of water.

t’s muscle gain. Myself I used to lift doing squats, but not knowing that I was actually doing them, after my friends realisation that I was indeed doing then all of a sudden I started seeing some changes on my waist(literally meaning that I was getting bums n curves,lol…). Even my thighs started to tighten up
