hi i have been having 1470 cals a day after upping them from 1200 cals i have been on calorie counting for 4 weeks now i still weigh the same but have lost 2 inches around my waist should i carry on having the 1470 cals or reduce them thanks x

You can lose inches without losing weight. I went from size 22 to size 16 in six weeks without losing weight.

Your body composition is DEFINITELY improving if the weight is staying the same but the inches are being lost. That means muscle is coming in and fat is going out, which is great!
