Hi. I need suggestions on the best way to get rid of my belly fat. I just read that sit ups don’t really help.. thoughts please!!
There’s no way to spot reduce, you just have to watch what you eat and let it come off the way it will. Sit ups do nothing unless your abs are already showing.
Caloric deficit and regular exercise, my friend. Sit ups will help build the stomach muscles, though if you’re still eating rubbish and not exercising, they won’t ever be on show.
Also depends on your body and how much weight you held. I was 280 now I’m 136. I have loose skin for days. Nothing will change that but surgery. Everyone’s body is different and everyone holds weight differently
