Holy cow! I did day 1 beginner today and it was awful! I only got through 2 whole rounds, then I just did the jumps and squats. I don’t know why but I didn’t expect it to be so hard! I’m not giving up!

Your body will adjust. All days will be a challenge but you can do it.

I feel the same. I’m hoping it gets easier each day. Plus, in my head I jump roped when I was a kid so why not now. Wrong. Learning curve from being a kid to being in my 50s.

1 day at a time. Write down what you accomplish each day. Those 2 rounds are better than sitting on the couch.  When you look back and compare how you do a week later you will proud.

Day 1 is one of the harder days. I feel like anytime they throw mountain climbers in there it’s tough.

Don’t feel badly. I’m actually a personal trainer and only got through just over 3 rounds. I’m a novice with you, but we’ll get it. Stick with it!
