Breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe one or two snacks in between consisting of either fruit or veg and lots of water. Keep it fresh, you can have eggs for breakfast, whole meal roasts, fruits. Salad for lunches or a jacket potato willed with whatever you like with some greens on the side. And normal dinners just cook everything from scratch and don’t add fats/sugars, keep it healthy and you’ll do it!
Try coming off of all sodas, juice, and fast food. All of these are high is carbs and calories. Eat more veggies, and lean meats (turkey, chicken breast, basically white meat) instead of eating candy or ice cream for desserts, have a fruit smoothie. You need to eat smart. For example, there’s around 340 calories in a medium McDonald’s french fry. So you could either eat that very small amount of food for 340 calories and be hungry, or choose to eat a larger portion of food such as a salad, chicken breast with veggies, or some other. There are 3000 calories in a pound. Sedentary females burn around 1700 – 2000 a day. So if you were to eat only 1500 calories a day, pair that with working out, then you would be essentially burning more calories than you eat. Therefore, your body will use its fat to make energy, and you will lose weight.
