How are some of y’all losing weight so fast?
I would say make your insides healthy first start drinking lemon water ginger. Apple cider vinegar drinks probiotics relax. Caffeine free drinks and most of all healthy foods not processed lower sugar is like the key
I’ve heard if people lose too fast, their skin doesn’t have much time to adjust and it can get loose. Sometimes people are in a life-or-death situation, and their doctor might go for it.
Restricting carbs and overall calories along with tons of cardio
Water, water, water…. eatting nothing white for 60 day no corn syrup at all and a good detox cleanse before starting the 60 day regimen… stay away from bread because it blows u up.
I’m working out every morning, for half an hour, and I’m eating way more greens, less meats, and way more water. I’m down 16lb, and 7″ this year.
