Realistically you may not of the genetics for a six pack, or 8 pack. You may only have the genetics for a 4 pack. You may have a 10 pack genetics. It’s more diet than anything and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. All those curl motions only increase your odds of causing hernia’s. If you’re going to do any abs workouts do planks, and modified plants with sliding pads on the feet. No need to do mass amounts of the same motions when getting your abs to come through is all about decreasing body fat % through proper diet

Cut ur carb increase protein intake… train abs 2 time in a week … but kid first u have to gain ur body… u r too skinny
