How can i weigh loss without exercise ????? Suggestion please…
Sayers Drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and dieting, reduce or remove unnatural sugars and processed foods. Any exercise is something though if you change your mind about that
Agree. You can lose weight through diet alone although the health benefits of exercise are immense. Is it you can’t exercise or don’t want to?
Excercise is only 20% of the battle when it comes to weight loss.. Healthy eating will get you the rest of the way. Detox is a great way to start. I tried it and it worked for me.. 40 pounds gone so far
Intermittent fasting and carb cycling or keto diet. Careful of self talk. Your unconscious mind is listening.
Nutrition is 80% of it- get that right and you can lose weight without exercise
