How can you cope with depression and do this. I have depression from losing my father. Normally when I’m depressed it puts me to the stop of eating and drinking. How do you go through it? I lost my dad a year ago right after Super Bowl. I need help or ideas how you workout daily and maintain healthy eating and doing shakes while depression.

Lots of therapy and medication is what jumpstarted my path to a healthier me. I have really bad depression and anxiety… it’s hard to get going and I still have bad days… you’ll get there. Don’t stop trying.

Concentrate on one thing that your body will benefit from by going to the gym..Stretching out your back or stronger muscles. I focus on what benefits me when I have no motivation to go.

I do it one day at a time. Sometimes it’s one step forward two steps back. But I’m sure you are worth it. Take care of you.
