It’s always exciting to hear testimonies from fast losers, but I would like to hear some stories from slow losers. How did you stay motivated when the weight was not coming off? Thank you.

Understanding that there are important changes taking place in your body. Healing and repairing. This WOE is about more than the scale.

I lose weight very slow..I have been doing this for 3 months and simply have not weighed myself.. I feel good and my clothes are getting looser so that motivates me..Good luck.

Concentrate on how much better I’m feeling, not on the number on the scale.

I’m a slow loser, I needed to lose abut 30 lbs, I’ve been doing this WOE for just over 3 months and I’m down about 12 lbs. I noticed inches (I’ll take it) I do feel so much better, more energy, better mood, and the game changer, more confidence. I look at it this way, it took me a while too get over weight, it will take me a while to lose it. I’m in this for the long haul and I understand the less you have to lose, the longer it takes. I’m hooked and committed and realistic.

I am a Turtle Looser and down 77 pounds. I decided this was a way of life for me with a nice side effect of weight loss. I refuse to let a number on the scale dictate how I feel. I focus on the benefits I experience.
