Sit straight down, then leave the lower part of the jaw as far as possible. Then hold the cheek to the ear. In this way, pull down for 10 seconds. Then leave your hands slowly and make the jaw normal. Make it 10 times.
While saying the lips are the same as the lips, then stay there. Find out the wind from the mouth. Make it 10 times.

4. Faisi Fais
First put the lips in between the cheeks in the inner side. Keep the lips two fish-like goals. Stay this in 10 seconds. Please do it several times. It also reduces jaw fatigue as well as decreasing cheek fat.
5. Puffy Fais
Fill your lips with the air on the right side of the cheek. So stay 5 seconds. Do this on the left side. Do this so many times.
If you are trying to lose fat, it is hard to spot reduce a particular body area. There is nothing you can do to work the face muscles except for smiling, frowning or squinting essentially so it doesn’t make sense to try and target this area when you are attempting to get smaller.
Most likely you won’t lose as much fat in this area as compared to other areas of the body since it is much smaller in area than anywhere else. Focus on a good healthy diet that has lots of whole foods in order to maintain healthy skin turgor and appearance.

FUNDS: Keeping the spine straight, the head should be faced in front of the roof as much as possible. The lip should be raised in front of the ball and it will be 10 seconds. Beat 10 consecutive times. Exercise to flush the lower part of the jaw and cheeks.
My understanding of the question is that you have a certain amount of fat in your face, and you wish to lose weight overall, but do not want to lose the fat of your face.
This seems odd to me, but I will play devil’s advocate. The greater answer is that you are not able to spot-loss when it comes to weight loss. When the human body loses fat, it loses fat overall, not in any one particular area. For instance, when people get liposuction done on any one part of their body, their fat reserves from other parts of their body will reallocate to fill in the area where fat has been lost.

This is a very valid question. When I lost more than a hundred pounds I also wished that I could preserve facial fat; I loved how my face looked, even while knowing I had to change my body both for health and the satisfaction of my personal aesthetics.
The fact is you cannot control where your body does and does not lose fat, and I did in fact lose quite a bit of facial fat.
The other fact, though, is that the body is quite an amazing and adaptive organism. While I was at first unhappy with my new face, and even my smaller and less pronounced butt, I found that my body adapted, my features changed in other ways to compensate for my new body fat composition, and today I think I look better than I ever did fat.
The same can be said of loose skin after fat loss, the residual barrel-chest from fat-expanded ribs, less defined post-weight-loss muscle masses and so on; stay on a proper eating plan, hydration and tone building activities, and your body will work itself out.
Lose the weight. Then give your body a few months to work it out and see if you are not delighted with the results.
