How do u guys lose it so quick I'm now 8 mo. I was 275 hw & now 183 cw I work out watch my meal eat a lot of protein meals protein drinks fruit fresh but cant lose it quick no starches & watch carbs I see some people lose it 100 lbs in 2 -6 mo. Help how

s all in how your body works. You can lose it fast or slow but as long as you keep with your eating plan then the weight WILL come off.

Your body will naturally stall or come to a plateau various times throughout your journey. Some people says the fresh fruit that you’re eating>you may want to look at the sugar content of those fresh fruits.
When your body is at a plateau you have to do something different to kick it back in gear: 1) a different exercise program. 2) perhaps change out some of your fresh fruit to “more” vegetables. Everyone’s body responds differently. So I’m not sure what will work for you.
I have read in the past that it’s possible that you’re losing inches but your weight is stalling. Therefore periodically take measurements to see your progress

The more weight one needs to lose the more quickly it may come off as well
