I’d second using an aquarium chiller, but first I’d confirm that your fish are actually cold water fish, because I’ve never seen any species of cold water fish in a fish store. Goldfish and weather loaches can both tolerate temperatures into the low 90s if they’re not shocked, and many hillstream loaches can handle temps in the mid-upper 70s at least, if not warmer.

Don’t forget that lots of goldfish live outside in ponds all year round, even in especially hot countries. They can handle a wide range of temps.

I was planning on floating frozen water bottles in mine come summer. Won’t drop the temp greatly, but should help.
