Progressive overload and focus on making sure you’re doing adequate volume. Volume is the key driver for Hypertrophy. And not volume as in total amount of reps done (high rep vs low rep for muscle growth is an old myth) but volume as in total amount of “hard sets” (defined as a set taken 1-2 reps from failure).

Work harder. Sounds mean but most people half step on legs. “I want to be able to walk after” Part of making your legs big is sucking it up.
