It depends on your why. I purchased a blood meter as I travel for work and wanted to know what foods affected me and if I made the best decisions when traveling…though I always pick keto foods, travels lead to higher protein levels for me at times. I used it a good bit when I first started, but it’s rare I use it now.
I purchased keto mojo and loving it. But I only did it because I am starting to do more extended fasts and want to get a feel for what my ketones and blood glucose do at certain times of the day and based on how I feel. I am obsessed with checking this week because I am doing 7 days fast for the first time, but I am sure my obsession will subside once I get through it.
