A routine helps, first few days is not fun but you force yourself through it and feel better afterwards. And gradually you get more energy and it helps with your mood. I work out at a particular time each day so on the days I don’t feel like doing it the routine kicks in.
You don’t. I mean in reality some days you will feel so motivated that you can take over the world, and on other days you’ll feel like weired
However, you need to build discipline because when you don’t have motivation anymore, discipline will take over and will continue to push you through the rough times.
Forget the supplements, forget the detox teas and wraps and pills and shakes and all the other crap being thrown at you constantly!
This is all on YOU! To make the right decision every single day, even if it’s a tough one! You have to sit and think “what if I had started 6 months sooner than I did?” and realize that 6 months from now, future you will be thanking the you right now!
This is something ONLY you can do for yourself! You can’t buy it, inherit it, or be gifted it! This is hard work, but it’s rewarding work! The benefits go so far beyond the aesthetic that it would make your head spin! The confidence you gain by being comfortable in your own skin can’t be beaten!
