How do you fight the munchies?
I drink water. I have water b4 and after my morning smoothie and then the same at dinner time and a healthy cooked meal with a coffee no sugar.
Ice cubes and celery.
I just eat….like carrots… or gum, or cucumbers.
Drink green tea or a protein shake.
Snacking is a habit! You need to break the habit loop. Replace snacking with a more positive action that will take your mind away from food. The craving will pass whether you eat or not, so choose the better choice.
