How do you make a tofu scramble?
Crumble firm tofu with your hands after draining onto a hot greased pan. Add seasoning and cook until lightly browned
I used to do tofu with garlic, onion, s&p, turmeric, and nutritional yeast. For veggies I’d add mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, and diced boiled potatoes.
Firm tofu crumbled into the pan, turmeric for color, add sauteed onions and peppers, vegan sausage etc…, and kala namak for “egg” flavor. So easy, so good!
