How do you recover faster?

I did leg day followed by 40 minutes of sprinting 30 seconds and
walking 2-3 minutes. I woke up yesterday feeling unbelievably
sore, (as I expected) and even today I can barely walk. I’m not
trying to complain, I would like tips on faster recovery as I was
supposed to do cardio again today and I took a few steps running
and almost collapsed. How do you recover faster?

If you aren’t eating enough protein you will feel very sore. I also found that adding turmeric powder to my smoothies helped.

Stretching, insane amounts of water, hot baths or use a heating pack, and consider BCAAs after you workout. It’s completely normal and will eventually subside as you build endurance and train those muscle groups.

Foam roller, stretching, and a hot bath. There’s no such thing as over training just under recovery
