How does everyone prepare their eggs for their diet and in between workouts?
Whole egg with egg whites scrambled. Dash of fresh salsa on top. For snack I have an egg steamer that hard boils eggs. I put a little mustard on the egg. No frills, quick and easy.
Hard-boiled, or sunny-side up on toast, scrambled.
Costco Kirkland Carefree cartons. Keep them in plentiful stock in my fridge. Make omelettes with vegetables several times a week. Easy peasy.
