How does one manage to wake up EARLY and workout? I even set my alarm and pick out my clothes! I just can’t get up. How do y’all get moving? Do you workout on an empty stomach? I like to workout outside and ride my bike or walk so night time isn’t the rig

How does one manage to wake up EARLY and workout? I even set my alarm and pick out my clothes! I just can’t get up. How do y’all get moving? Do you workout on an empty stomach? I like to workout outside and ride my bike or walk so night time isn’t the right time for safety issues. But I know it can be done! I just need to get out the bed.

That’s my biggest issue other than water intake and my depression does not help!

I been working out in the house early in the morning. I sleep with leggings on get up wash my face brush my teeth and put sports bra on. Then workout lol
