How else can I tell if I'm fat adapted?

So I’ve been keto for just over two weeks and I’ve started back running and I’ve been doing great! In the past when I’ve been running regularly and then switched to keto, I really struggled and mentally too because the performance just wasn’t there all of a sudden. This time, I’ve not run properly in over a year so maybe I wasn’t expecting great things but I went out and I’ve surprised myself, running 5-10K with ease. So the question is – am I fat adapted? Or am I just not expecting to do great at the running? How else can I tell if I’m fat adapted?

Pink himalayan salt (2tsp daily) on food and in water. Avacados are great for potassium. Epsom salt baths.

Drinking chicken broth with butter so maybe it is more to do with the electrolyte balance.

2 weeks in it’s very doubtful that you’re already there (unless you were seriously low carb pre keto?).Maybe this time you’re doing better at hitting macros and electrolytes and are therefore fuelling up better? You’re probably even better at running than you thought you were (always a nice bonus!!).

In two weeks I doubt it. Maybe u are doing a better job with electrolytes since you’re more experienced this time. Even now 9 months in if I don’t have my electrolytes on point I feel it in my workouts.
