How long did you wait to add exercise to your daily routine? When you started exercising did you change your macros any?
I started about two weeks in. I use Senza for tracking. They give you way too many calories so I actually ended up lowering it to match the calculator for the group about the same time.
My ankle stopped hurting but my knees are still hurting.
I rode my bike from day one but now I do anaerobic exercise three times a week and cardio on the other days with weight training mixed in.
I had already been working out. I didn’t change my macros but I do have to add more electrolytes. I think it’s good to try it without changing your macros then you can adjust it as needed.
I was already exercising before keto. When I started keto , I used the ketogains calculator to get my macros.
