Weight Loss is usually easier in the beginning and gets harder over time. If you start dieting, it’s very common to see a 4–5 pound drop on the scale in the first week.

If you have a lot of weight to lose, you will be able to lose quite a bit of weight during your first 4–8 weeks by simply eating better and exercising.

By this time, will have lost 4–8 pounds or even more and this will be very noticeable.

To be precise you should be able to see the real difference in a week if you follow right steps at the right time.

If you do it right, about 4 weeks till you see it yourself, 8 weeks till your closest friends and family see it and about 12 weeks till others see it.

I think it’s really dependent on your size. The smaller you are the more impactful each pound is. I lost a bit of weight and I tracked my weights and photos and I aligned them to actual dates for this. In there you can see how much my body changed throughout a 11 month period. So with that I think you can see change in 1-2 months and over a bit of time it can get quite rapid.

If you eat right and exercise about a week. The average weight loss will be about 1.5 pounds a week to start. That is what most doctors and health professionals guide patients toward.
