I think it’s really dependent on your size. The smaller you are the more impactful each pound is. I lost a bit of weight and I tracked my weights and photos and I aligned them to actual dates for this. In there you can see how much my body changed throughout a 11 month period. So with that I think you can see change in 1-2 months and over a bit of time it can get quite rapid.
