I would say some coconut and almond flour is just fine, if it fits into your macros but don’t overdo it (try not to have it for every meal lol, get some carbs from approved veggies too! Even palak, gobi, broccoli, have a little bit of carbs) I love headbangers kitchen keto naan/paratha recipe so I like to have one most days. It is made with coconut flour. Maybe I will make myself a sweet treat here and there too.
its body types, I eat almond roti everyday n afternoon but what I do as a must is BPC Every morning and Intermittent fasting of min 15 hrs before my first meal..It works wonders for me…allows me to cheat a little if I stick to these 2 principals (of course counting my macros of whatever I cheat or indulge in).
