I’m going to ask the question I’m sure that has been asked 1000 times.. how long once you started using the program did it take to start seeing the results/ numbers on scale dropping.. were only on day 5 so I know we’re not going to see anything just yet.. (I know it’s different fir everyone, but general time frame)
Dont use the scale if you are on the 12 week!! It will never be accurate to what your body is going through. Only scale you use is the mirror and increase in strength and energy. As you burn off fat you’re stacking lean muscle in place, muscle weighs more than fat. So there will be days you lose weight(fat)on the scale and days you will gain weight(muscles). Just use your phone and take a weekly or biweekly pic and you will slowly see the changes!
