How long were you keto before your workouts stopped?
Protein shake and MCT Oil or if you prefer bpc.
Until you become fat adapted and that is different for everyone. My long runs got better after about 3 months.
2-3 months to be completely fat adapted. Ran 2 half marathons I that period and they sucked. Always felt slightly dizzy and nauseous when I ran. At the gym, I couldn’t do as many reps. All better now. Feel better than I ever did.
Took me about 6 weeks, and came back better than ever.
It does take some time, my workouts initially took a hit but they are now getting better the longer I am on keto. Took me about a month at the beginning.
