How many cheat meals do you guys have per week? If I ran out of almond milk and need a shake what do I use? I have two percent but I prefer the almond?
In a pinch I do half of a serving size of 2 percent and then add water.
I have a cheat meal once a month not a week. I use coffee in my shakes it is my favorite.
Why plan a “cheat meal”? That seems like planning for failure. I plan to eat healthy and if something comes up where I can’t eat what I want, I deal with it and reset for the next meal/day.
