How many of my fellow T-25’ers actually follow the nutrition plan? If not, what do you follow?
The nutrition plan included contains a lot of things I’ve never heard of. I do slimming world which is a low fat diet.

No. Don’t use diet plan at all. Just try to make decent food choices, but really don’t have a big focus on food /diet.
Following Dr KellyAnn Petrucci’s Bone Broth Diet with an emphasis on keto. Good results so far. Had over 100 pounds to lose. Seventy down in about a year.
I use My Fitness Pal to track what I eat.
