How many of you do total carbs? I’m on total and since working out a lot recently (lifting weights) I’m starving again! I wasn’t even hungry before I upped the workouts. It’s been two months of super strict keto and exercise. only lost 6 pounds spread out and I keep gaining it back. Before that I was doing semi strict with a few mistakes since August! So total since August I have only lost 8 pounds. I’ve. Thinking of switching to net? Anyone here done this and have tips?

I do 23g total carbs. This will include my go to meal additions like avocado and cauliflower.

I do total minus erythritol. It’s a little harder because you have to go easy on fun things like keto pancakes and fat head pizza.

Increase your fat and maybe a little more protein. No need for more carbs.

I suggest something, before your workout drink a protein shake mixed with some MCT oil. This should take care of the hunger pains. Carbs has really nothing to do with it. Before I go into this Keto thing hi felt like I could eat a whole pizza after my workouts. Now my works are pretty intense but damn I was hungry after. Ever since I started mixing MCT oil and my protein shake ( great pre work out, by the way), I am not in the least bit hungry.

I’ve been tracking keto for two months and following 20g total carbs, 50-90 g protein and all the fats. Generally not hungry but also have not really lost weight. My waist is collapsing lol and my training is awesome but same 8 pounds and sometimes I gain. Cannot get below 190. I don’t want to race at this weight but at the same time, I feel awesome and workouts are improving so I’m trying to stay the course. I do eat a few more veggies the night before a 2 hour workout and that seems to help my performance.
