Beginner is recommended to train 2- 3 times a week, intermediate 3-4 times a week and elite 4 – 5 times a week. Beginner is someone from 0-3 months, intermediate 3- 6 months and elite from 6-12 months.

I think it depends on you and your recovery abilities. As much as you need to gym as hard as possible, your body will also need time to recuperate after you broke down a muscle at the gym. I therefore recommend you train and listen to your body. That way you will know if you need some days a week to rest or you can go to the gym 6 days a week etc.

6 day and a day off to give the body sm rest,and within 6 days train two times a day
