How much flax seeds to you eat each day? the DD recommends at least 1 tablespoon, which is what I eat now every day. However, I’m interested in lowering my BP and saw the vid about 1/4 of a cup (4 tablespoons if I’m not mistaken) which seems a lot. So, what is recommended?

I eat 30 grams a day mixed in humus that I eat in the morning. I do this to keep my PSA down but the bp reduction is an added plus. It knocked my PSA down to 4 and is no longer a worry.

I have lowered my BP a lot in the last month with flax seeds and hibiscus tea, I’ve been doing 3-4 tablespoons freshly ground throughout the day. Make sure you’re drinking a lot of water consuming that much flax seed.

I would think that 1/4 cup is excessive, but experiment. Start off slow so your body can get use to that amt. or else you will be running to the bathroom and you better hope that no one else is in there. Celery is excellent for lowering BP. Incorporate it as a snack. Try it w/peanut or almond butter. Without explanation, exercise; fast walking, mild running.
