I’ve stop forcing the protein and eat as I’m hungry but still track and on avg eat between 80-110g and I weigh 158 lift daily.

I’m trying for fat loss as well as muscle gain. What works best for me is one week of higher protein, 140g and the following week higher fat ratio with 70-80g protein. Always 1600 calories.

120 lbs about 25% body fat I estimate by the pictures online. I started out at 90 g and have scaled it back. My body seems to like 65g but I’m still playing with it. Too much makes me hungrier than a bear. Too little makes me hibernate like one. I’m caving and have some BCAAs on order.
