How much weight do u lose when you quit pop and drink nothing but water?

You need to do more than that to lose weight. You probably won’t see much of a difference unless you watch your eating and exercise too. Quitting soda alone may increase energy and make you feel better though.

Getting rid of soda is a great first step. Getting sugar out of your system will help with cravings which in turn should reduce food consumption, which should cause weight loss. It is a slow process. Do yourself a favor and set smaller goals along with an overall goal to reach. Determination WILL get you there.

Depends on how much soda you drink. Very good starting point. I always say anything different then water, tea or coffee should be considered as food. So also if you take sugar in your tea or milk in your coffee.

I have lost weight in the past by switching from soda to water. I don’t remember how much I lost, though. I’ve just started again. I drank 2 33.8oz bottles of water yesterday and felt like I was going to explode. I guess it takes time to build up how much you can drink.

It depends on how much u were drinking. It’s the calorie deficit that will determine that. Just remember 3500 call is a pound!! So u can probably drop atleat a pound a week if u drank a lot of pop! Good luck!:-)
