When I do a full workout it takes me almost a week to recover fully I don’t work out until I recover fully. Legs takes two hours back takes an hour arms takes an hour I don’t know how many times I did four hours straight just a few

One muscle group a day, plus one day of cardio… 6 days a week. I go pretty intense on each day, so that’s why I only one muscle group a day to give it time to rest.

But in the end, it’s what you are wanting to accomplish… What your goals are?

I usually do IT fasted workouts , 2 muscle groups 3-4x’s a week and cardio 3-4x’s a week with 1 rest day

Lately I’ve been obsessing with proportions so I am doing 3 upper body days/week while only doing 1 (sometimes 2) lower body days per week and 2-3 HIIT sessions per week. Abs everyday, alternating upper/lower and obliques.
