Go to the playground! I do pushups and tricep dips on the park bench, reverse pull-ups on the low bars, and step ups on the stairs.

I’m starting my weight loss journey, and I’ve been doing cardio but I need help how to do strength training without weights since I don’t have a gym membership and to also figure out days that I need to do which body parts.

You can definitely start strength using body weight only. As you progress you could buy a set of hand weights or even use something like milk jugs with water in them, but you should be able to pick up a set of hand weights cheap. I do strength training regularly and I don’t go to the gym at all.

Push-ups, squats, pull-ups (requires a well-secured pull-up bar), planks, and other bodyweight exercises. Overall, strength training is more effective than just cardio alone.
