how to get in all 6 fist-sized greens spread through the day

I’m looking for detailed, practical suggestions on how to get in all 6 fist-sized greens spread through the day, particularly the 3 servings between meals when I’m away from the house much of the day and evening, on-the-go, driving (I live in driving intensive Southern California), at work, or travelling and have no refrigerator.

Beets are easier to pack and carry. They are included in the “greens” list. They are good hot, warm, cold, or room temp. I always have the world’s best balsamic vinegar with me so that makes it easy.

I also struggle to eat all those servings even though I put greens in at least with my lunch and breakfast, if not dinner. I got a lunchbag/box thing from Amazon (I would post a link but I don’t know if that’s allowed) that comes with 6 rectangular

I keep forgetting about beets. Not my favorite, but something I need to get used to eating. I know they are a nitrate and , endothelial lining star!
