As far as exercises here’s a short list:
Pull ups
Straight arm pressdowns
Seated cable rows
Dumbbell rows
Bent-over rows (overhanded and underhanded)
Seated cable pulldowns
Reverse grip pulldowns
Hammer machine pulldowns
These are just a few exercises. There are tons more. Research

I take it twice per day one in the morning empty stomach and one during my work out .. i use apple cider vinegar in the morning and on my work out i mix it with my pre work out .. has give me great results but you have to exercise and drink as much water as you can

With any supplements you still have to put in the work, there is no magic pill to burn fat instantly, you still have to diet and exercise, check out my page richard parker from large to lean… I use to weigh 400 pounds and I tried everything, but it all breaks down to diet and exercise, supplements are just a boost to your hard work
