I absolutely hate wearing shoes while working out. Maybe it’s the fit and width, either way I end up with my feet hurting so badly that I end up taking them off within a few minutes. I’ve been hearing amazing things about Vibrams. Does anyone have a pair? Any thoughts?
I have 4 pairs of vibrams for teaching PiYo in. I love them and find them super comfortable. I wouldn’t however want to wear them for anything with impact, but then that’s why I love PiYo classes, high intensity but joint friendly. I think it would very much depend what type of workouts you would do with them.
Have you been wearing running shoes or cross trainers? Many people don’t realize there’s a difference. Running shoes are designed for heel to toe movements only while cross trainers will support your feet for side to side movements as well.
