I am curious what some of your favorite non meat high protein foods are? I really dislike the taste and feel of any meat except chicken, ground meats (including sausage), Turkey bacon (bacon is alright but the greasyness and gooey fat bits are what turns me off unless it’s cooked perfectly) and canned chicken/salmon… I need some ways to boost my protein without adding more protein powder to my menu (I pretty much have to have a scoop a day to get anywhere near enough protein normally)… Thanks all

there are plenty of non meat sources of protein!

Nuts, seeds and dairy products are the main ones, but there’s some in leafy green veg if you eat enough of it

Also eggs, Tempeh, you can even buy yogurt with extra protein .
