I am eating 1300 calories. I am burning about 498 on my simply fit board, 520 calories on my walk and about 100 calories on my blowflex. I am not sure if i should eat my burnt calories.
You can if you wish as you will still be in deficit bit i dont eat mine as i think it helps to drop the weight a little faster x
I dont however worry if i go over by a bit if i have done execise as its just using a few
It’s not a safe idea to be under 1200 calories a day for any extended period of time, so I’d at least eat up to that point
