I am in week 4 Alpha.

I am in week 4 Alpha. When it comes to Total Body Circut and Abs, forget about nailing it…I am barely doing some of them. Sometimes way behind Tanya. If I am not strong enough, does it mean I am not ready for Beta?

Move on, beta is much more fun. I’m doing gamma but did TBC last week as part of the hybrid calendar, it nearly killed me, I hadn’t tried it in ‘years’ and I thought ‘sure it’s from alpha’, nope it was impossible!

I think beta is actually a tad easier than alpha in some regards TBC killed me and the dang walking planks and pike ups I always was way behind but in beta I did way better and less of those moves.

I still have trouble with some of the moves. Balance, keeping step, legs won’t move that way or fast enough, arms wear out, wrists gonna snap, etc, etc, etc. This is my 4th+ go round on alpha. I am on 5th week and the furthest I have ever been. I am nervous about beta but gonna go for it. I am nailing more moves than ever and tired of my excuses. I just keep pushing myself, and I am afraid if I don’t, I will quit again.

I think the first time I did T25 I added one extra week of Alpha because I was nervous to move on and still modifying a lot. I really don’t think Beta is much more difficult though. I bought some heavier weights this time to make it harder. For me, Alphas Total body circuit is still the most difficult workout in the whole thing.

I would move on to Beta. It really isn’t that much harder than Alpha.
