I think the first time I did T25 I added one extra week of Alpha because I was nervous to move on and still modifying a lot. I really don’t think Beta is much more difficult though. I bought some heavier weights this time to make it harder. For me, Alphas Total body circuit is still the most difficult workout in the whole thing.
I still have trouble with some of the moves. Balance, keeping step, legs won’t move that way or fast enough, arms wear out, wrists gonna snap, etc, etc, etc. This is my 4th+ go round on alpha. I am on 5th week and the furthest I have ever been. I am nervous about beta but gonna go for it. I am nailing more moves than ever and tired of my excuses. I just keep pushing myself, and I am afraid if I don’t, I will quit again.
