I am on a no carb (except green leafy veggies) and no sugar keto diet and no bad fats, I am now 8 days in and I am super tired, I have all my vitamins and MCT oil and sublingual B complex vitamin, but I am exhausted. Any idea what it might be?

This would mean you are only eating meat. Too much protein causes glucogenesis turning excess protein into glucose.

Since you’re 8-days in, your body is trying to fight for them carbs. Hang in there, it’ll pass through.

You should at least eat your dark greens. When I don’t eat my 7 to 10 cups of dark greens a day I feel more like Wimpie than Popeye. Also electrolytes are like oil in the engine in your car they have to replenished constantly. Feel better!

I was like that now I put Pink Himalayan salt (1/4 t in each 22 oz) I’m all my water I drink and I’m fine now. I also had Keto Flu at that time.
