I am on Day 3, and I need some advice. Due to hip pain and weak wrists, I had a really hard time with even the modifications for the spider planks and basically all the pushups. What can I do as another option? I did some wall pushups but I am looking for additional things to do to keep my heart rate up. Today was discouraging. Thoughts?
Do what you can do, and incorporate exercises to slowly strengthen where you are weak. Celebrate every little advancement. Maybe you do wall push up with a mountain climber move in between, and in a few weeks your wrists have strengthened to be able to modify a push up.
