I am on Day 3, and I need some advice. Due to hip pain and weak wrists, I had a really hard time with even the modifications for the spider planks and basically all the pushups. What can I do as another option? I did some wall pushups but I am looking for additional things to do to keep my heart rate up. Today was discouraging. Thoughts?

Just do something. Mountain climbers (vertical) jumping jacks, high knee jog etc… That’s what I do if I’m having trouble.

Can Follow Tania! Actually. No need to do as fast as they do. After some days of practice U will surely get strong and get rid from hard time!

Do what you can do, and incorporate exercises to slowly strengthen where you are weak. Celebrate every little advancement. Maybe you do wall push up with a mountain climber move in between, and in a few weeks your wrists have strengthened to be able to modify a push up.

I have a bad back and I have the same problem. The point is just to keep moving!! You can do this!!
