Fruits. Veg. Well cooked and cleaned meat. Nothing raw… nothing uncooked. Make sure to take calcium, omega 3 and folic acid tablets… drink clean water. Stay away from coffee and fizzy drinks.

Less meat less food with fats so what’s best is fruits and vegetables.

Salmon, avocados lots of dairy, beans, blue berries, meat and chicken, spinach and dark leafy greens, broccoli, sweet potatoes, make sure you get plenty of folate and calcium. It’s very important to get a lot of calcium. I know a girl whose teeth all rotted because her baby took all of her calcium.

High b9 (foilic acid) and zinic diet . B9 : Spinach , citrus fruits, beans & grains. Zinic : red meat and poultry.
