I am so tired. I was planning on exercising today (I didn’t exercise yesterday), but I’m just so exhausted. I’m not sure if I can do it.
Just do brisk walking everyday it ll helps you a lot
e hardest part is getting out the door. Once you do, you will be glad you did. Do it for your health and internal wellbeing.
Listen to your body, if you’re tired then don’t exercise! However if your just lazy, like walk around the house for some motivation and then force yourself to put on like some gym clothes and that’ll literally encourage you to work out!!!
